We generally charge by the hour for our consulting services. However, some projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price. We often recommend to new clients that they consider this per-project option during an evaluation phase. <back to top>
If you have a training need that is not now being met we can work with you to develop a new training package to satisfy that need. We will work with you to define and agree on your course objectives. Then, we will work with you to break these down into specific, detailed learning objectives. Using those as a guide, we will create a set of training materials (e.g., slides, exercises, Instructor Notes) mapped to them. You will get a new, “Ready to Teach” course package to add to your training program. <back to top>
If you have an old training course that is getting a bit dated, we can help you update the materials. After we agree on the direction and nature of your desired changes we will refresh the graphics and add new materials from our extensive collection. We will then re-draft the course materials for your review. After approval, we will update the Instructor Notes for use in teaching. You will get a refreshed, “Ready to Teach” course package to replace an outmoded one in your training program. <back to top>
If you would like to use real stories from your organization’s experience as teaching aids in your training program, here’s how we can help. First, you ask folks in your organization for brief summaries of their success stories. We will work with you to select those with the best teaching opportunities. Then, we will interview those who were involved in the successes and create story lines and package them for interactive teaching. Success Stories are typically packaged as one-hour exercises. Each Success Story Package contains Instructor notes to guide delivery. <back to top>
